How Does it Work?

IP Addresses - A small number of IP addresses are included in your network package as standard. IP addresses are essential for assigning unique identities to devices, services, or customers within your network. You might need additional IP addresses if you’re hosting multiple servers, operating complex network configurations, segmenting internal services, or supporting growth in user demand. If the current allocation doesn't meet your technical or operational needs, you can revise it. This adjustment is available in Step 3 of the quote journey, during the "circuit option" stage.

Managed Hardware - By default, the service provides no hardware and comes as “wires-only” solution. This involves connecting the circuit to your own hardware as required. Should you not have your own suitable hardware, we can provide it for you as an add-on. The managed hardware service we offer includes a managed router that is pre-configured and shipped to your site. It comes with simple set-up instructions for how to connect your new service.

Service Management - We offer tiered service management packages tailored to meet different business needs. Our support levels include Standard, Silver, and Gold, each providing a distinct range of services based on your specific requirements. These options ensure you receive the right level of support to align with your operational goals and budget.
